Nickel Smelter Plant Expansion

Scope of Work

  1. Foundation for Kiln 4
  2. Install new Kiln 4, ESP, Conveyors, Calcine Transfer, Granulation and all associated Steel Structures, Piping,Electrical & Instrumentation, building/relining of existing kilns.
  3. Rebuilding of Furnace 2& 3, Kiln 1,2 & 3 and Dryers.
  4. Install Kiln 5, Coal Transfer Conveyor, New Dryer 3, relocation of sewers, drains & piping, new ESP & Multiclones.
  5. Install Sulphur Melt System (M/P/E/I)
  6. Modification of DOS 1, repairs to Dryer 1&2,Kiln 1 refurbishmenArchitectural/HVAC Balance of Building.
